Modernize this port

• Remove TERMCAP option
• Update patches
  • Drop old patch dating for the switch to ELF time
  • Add new patches to ensure FreeBSD is treated exactly as Linux
• Use patch file instead of REINPLACE_CMD
• Bump PORTREVISION for package change
