databases/automysqlbackup: Pet check-plist

Error: Orphaned: %%ETCDIR%%/automysqlbackup.conf.sample

check-stagedir.sh does not seem to like the extra whitespace in
pkg-plist. The entries are fine and this does not change the
package.
