2020.0.0-alpha1.
This commit:
- Deletes shells/ksh93, completed by r502844.
- svn copies shells/ksh93-devel to shells/ksh93 -- this commit.
- Replaces the git tag with DISTVERSION 2020.0.0-alpha1 -- this commit.
