security/lastpass-cli: Switch to x11/xsel-conrad

lastpass-cli calls xsel with --clipboard and --input arguments which
the expiring x11/xsel does not support. Use x11/xsel-conrad instead
which does support them and is also the version that is mentioned
in README.md.
