converters/wkhtmltopdf: unbreak with openssl111
- Building the port with openssl from ports leads to an error: Error: /usr/local/bin/wkhtmltoimage is linked to /usr/local/lib/libssl.so.9 from security/openssl but it is not declared as a dependency
- Building the port with openssl111 from ports does not fail any more.
The Patch fixes both issues.
