New port: x11-fonts/tamsyn

Tamsyn is a monospaced bitmap font for programming available in
regular and bold styles in sizes 5x9, 6x12, 7x13, 7x14, 8x15, 8x16,
and 10x20 for both Xorg and vt(4).
