sysutils/runit-faster: Update scripts to 0.1.23

• Fix netdata service to not effectively forkbomb the system when it's enabled.

• Fix musicpd service

• Try and load ukbd(4) before spawning an emergency shell when using a modular kernel in case it's not loaded yet and leaving you stranded with no way out.
