Make libgnome and libgnomeui not implying esound dependency

It has been a while both does not depend anymore on esound, before this change
esound dependency was wrongly added to plenty of packages which actually does
not depend on it.

While here:

• audio/glame: remove esound support
• games/monkeybubble: add an explicit dependency on esound
• sysutils/gnome-schedule: add en explicit dependency on pkg-config
• comms/kb: add missing dependency on pkgconfig
• x11-toolkits/libgnomeui:
  • update to 2.4.5
  • use USES=localbase
