audio/dsbmixer: Update to 1.3.1

• Support for setting the sysctl variables hw.snd.latency, hw.snd.maxautovchans and hw.snd.vpc_mixer_bypass has been added. (1.3)

• A bug that lead to a crash when DSBMixer wasn't able to find a system tray has been fixed. (1.3.1)
