multimedia/kodi-devel: Add support for different platforms
- Allow build on armv6 and armv7
- Add options to build Kodi with Wayland, Xorg, GBM, and Raspberry Pi support
- The WAYLAND option remains broken until it is also enabled by default in graphics/mesa-libs
- Raspberry Pi support is very unstable and should be considered experimental at best
