devel/git: Direct commit to revert to 2.13.2

The 2.14.1 upgrade breaks devel/git-cinnabar.

Very few if any users build 2017Q3 branch from source. Last packages
built for 2017Q3 was r448018. The 2.14.1 package has not hit the mirror
yet for quarterly. This should be safe. I do expect to have my ear
pulled by other portmgr members.
