net/prosearch: modernize and fix dependencies

• Change SAMBA dependency to use net/samba44 instead of net/samba-smbclient, which is the expired 3.6 version
• Change optional MARIA dependency to use the client/server from databases/mariadb100-* instead of those from databases/mariadb-* which were removed
• Disable the MariaDB dependency because it conflicts with databases/mysql* via databases/p5-DBD-mysql
• Modernize USE_MYSQL lines
• Bump PORTREVISION
