Update to 3.0 release candidate 1 (Welcome Netmap support!)
Update pkg-plist accordingly
Add NETMAP option (Enabled by default for packages)
Sort OPTIONS_* alphabetically
Enable verbose builds
Remove patches (upstreamed)
Update test target
