www/py-bleach: Update to 1.4.2

• Update PORTVERSION and distinfo checksum (1.4.2)
• six is a RUN not BUILD dependency
• Remove TEST options and hooks since the framework now supports TEST_DEPENDS. Remove html5lib from TEST_DEPENDS.
