• Update to 0.4.2
• Switch distribution files from Github -> PyPi (CHEESESHOP)
• Add TESTS option for running the test suite
• Update RUN_DEPENDS and TEST_DEPENDS
• Use modern Python framework bits
• Remove unecessary patch (upstreamed)
