• Enable STAGE support
• Enable AUTOPLIST, delete pkg-plist
• Add LICENSE (MIT)
• Deprecate easy_install target
• Deprecate OPTIONSFILE override
• Remove bsd.port.options.mk include (No OPTIONS)
