- Don't use the MCAL back-end by default for Kronolith, it is deprecated.
- Deinstall bug reported by John Nielsen <john (at) jnielsen.net>: respect LHORDEDIR.
- Fix horde-passwd installation / deinstallation.
- Don't bump PORTREVISION, because running installations are not concerned.
