LinuxKPI: 802.11: fix IEEE80211_TX_INFO_DRIVER_DATA_SIZE

Fix the sizing of IEEE80211_TX_INFO_DRIVER_DATA_SIZE so that it
also works on 32bit platforms. Otherwise it triggers a compile-time
assertion in ath10k for i386.
