When executing mount_foo, pass "mount_foo" as argv[0] instead of "foo".

Description

When executing mount_foo, pass "mount_foo" as argv[0] instead of "foo".
This unbreaks "/rescue/mount -t foo" -- previously it was necessary to
explicitly call "/rescue/mount_foo".
