Refactor the newbies page:

• Rename 'Using the website' to 'Getting FreeBSD'
• Move the note about the installation instructions, and remove the rest of the information that is duplicated elsewhere on the site.
• Move the links to the Search and Support page under the 'Learning about FreeBSD' section.
