Low-level library for managing Cisco devices through NX-API using JSON-RPC and

It's the successor of net-mgmt/py-pynxos with a more open license.

• Runtime tests with py27 + py36 -> OK

• Considering the above fact I did a repo-copy to create the port assuming it's the intended way.
• The library will be used as a replacement for net-mgmt/py-pynxos in the upcoming update of net-mgmt/py-napalm .
