Summary

PR 235820

While I'm here:

  • Pacify portlint

Changelog:

  • Extended to provide the needed IPv6 ND packets in addition to IPv4 ARP
Test Plan
  • poudriere (11.2-, 12.0-RELEASE, 13.0-CURRENT@r344112 amd64 + i386) -> OK
  • portlint -> OK
  • Runtime tests -> OK

Minor fixes from the original patch:

  • Re-Added svn properties (svn:keyword FreeBSD=%H) for files/parpd.in
  • Aligned pkg-descr a bit to use more room of the 80 columns limit
