This review is blocked by https://reviews.freebsd.org/D12015 since all the Simplified Chinese web pages that follows the convention of "adding space after punctuation" will be affected by the issue mentioned in that review.

I think it's fine to review this one now since it follows the same style as https://reviews.freebsd.org/D12015 which was approved.

Hey @loader & @delphij , I encountered a problem when I was committing this and being rejected by the server. The reason being that the new .xsl file lacks something like:

<!-- $FreeBSD: head/en_US.ISO8859-1/htdocs/community.xsl 49284 2016-08-15 16:00:07Z bcr $ -->

in the file. Do you have any insights on how to properly populate this line? Thanks.

just add it to community.xsl, the tag will be expanded automatically when you commit it.
