The actual repository is svn.FreeBSD.org, while svnweb.FreeBSD.org is a web-specialized front end. Both can be viewed with a web browser. Changing these URLs implies that the svnweb front end is the repository, which is confusing. If we want to point out svnweb, a separate sentence: "Web front ends to both of these repositories are available at <link xlink:href="https://svnweb.FreeBSD.org/doc/"></link> and <link xlink:href="https://svnweb.FreeBSD.org/base/"></link>."
