lang/python314t did not exist prior to 3.14.4.

The poplib and imaplib entries are still being reviewed upstream, despite having been committed in trunk. Due to continued questions over the changes' functional correctness, particularly following the RFCs they implement, upstream have held off on backporting. We will follow upstream's lead here.

Overall, some of these diffs are based on an outdated version of the file.

actually 3.14.6, which means the first two hunks of the current version are not needed but the last two are.
