Summary

Port changes:

  • Install elisp to a port-specific subdirectory of ${EMACS_SITE_LISPDIR}.
  • Use do-build targets so byte-compilation can be skipped.
  • Patch upstream makefiles to respect SED=gsed in the environment.

FWIW we might be able to remove the gnu-sed dependency and use OPT_ALL_TARGET to simplify further, but this can wait until the next update. Thanks again!
