R9:3bb78f69bded: Add AMI IDs for 15.0-RELEASE

Summary

In addition to the original AMIs, a separate page lists the IDs of
the latest "patched" AMIs (aka 15.0-RELEASE-pN for the largest
relevant N).

These are (obviously) generated by a shell script filing in a template; unfortunately since the shell script needs AWS credentials I can't share that. (Not that I want other people updating these files anyway!) If there are any changes needed I can feed them back into my templates though.

One formatting issue I'm not sure about is whether the drop-down menus used for filtering the list of AMIs can be made a bit prettier. Right now it works but it's not pretty.

Tested on FreeBSD 15 with Hugo 0.155.3, works perfectly

One question, shall we add a link here[1] too?

We will want to add links to these somewhere, but probably on the per-release pages? I was planning on getting these up first so people could give feedback on e.g. formatting before pushing them in everyone's faces.
