Summary

just playing around, builds OK on amd64, but JIT requires FreeBSD src patch for arm64
needs src tarball from freefall:/home/dch/public_distfiles/erlang-otp-25.0rc2_GH0.tar.gz or https://people.freebsd.org/~dch/tmp/erlang-otp-25.0rc2_GH0.tar.gz in your distfiles cache

TLDR use CURRENT or 13.1-RC2 for arm64 jit goodness

Test Plan

works like a charm. I pushed it today since 13.1-RELEASE is already out.
We may need to disable JIT for users on arm64 && < 13.1-RELEASE though.
I need to find somebody with that combo to test it once builds complete,
I'm not sure how current the builders are.
