Update turnstile action item: it's a WIP.

Update harvest_random for latest status: we don't crash anymore, but
the current workaround is unacceptable for release and must be
resolved ASAP.

Add -DUSE_KQUEUE problem with make to Desired Fix list. Pointed out
by seanc.
