General Merge from the Simplified Chinese Project CVS, for the build
infrastructure:
- Better translation for the elements [1]
- Revert the accidental backout of rev. 1.2 of l10n.ent and freebsd.dsl, and re-add the goodness added by hrs@
- Some cleanups/minor bugfixes
