handbook/dtrace: Add references and refresh some paragraphs

• Reference manual pages where appropriate
• Rewrite some paragraphs for better clarity
• Do some minor wordsmithing
• Do not explain how ksh is needed for the DTrace Toolkit. That's what RUN_DEPENDS are for.
