graphics/openexr: fix post-extract to move testimages into place

...and avoid downloading in the configure phase.

While here, revert TESTING_UNSAFE, which does not reproduce,
neither under WITH_TESTING=yes in make.conf in poudriere after "make
distclean".

Bump PORTREVISION.
