archivers/urbackup-client: Update to 2.5.25.0

• Submitter becomes maintainer

• Remove broken GTK2 GUI option as upstream recommends WebUI from server side
• Pet portlint, portclippy and portfmt
• Pet QA check: add ssl to USES
• Cleanup: Remove compiler and gettext from USES, remove unneeded WRKSRC
