graphics/gimmage: Deprecate and set expiration date to 2024-02-29

Last release in 2007, dead upstream and depends on legacy libraries such
as GTK2. Redirect users to graphics/geeqie or graphics/imv and while at
it return to pool as bsdforge.com has expired.
