security/boringssl: use CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX (+)

CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX usage helps to fix an issue with the RUNPATH.

Also, it's possible to use native installation procedure for the
package, our do-install target can be safely removed.

Bump PORTREVISION.
