ports-mgmt/poudriere: Update to 3.4.4

Changes:

• bulk: Add support for hashed pkg repo mode
• bulk: Fix failure to unmount wrkdir for TMPFS_BLACKLIST.
• poudriere: Include both etc/poudriere.conf and poudriere.d/poudriere.conf

bulk fetching is not yet fixed but being worked on for 3.4.5
