security/putty: Fix static GSSAPI solutions,
with a patch received from Simon Tatham, and mask GSSAPI_DYNAMIC
for now, because it is not working. Debugging going on, but let's
get GSSAPI working at all for now, and make GSSAPI_BASE the default.
