devel/unibilium: Tidy up

Various small cleanups.

The biggest change here is that GH_TAGNAME is removed. It was specifying
the commit hash of the release, which is redundant. Removing it means
that the distfile is changed, but the contents are necessarily
identical. No PORTREVISION bump for this.
