Summary

New port: net/nethogs

NetHogs is a small 'net top' tool. Instead of breaking the traffic down 
per protocol or per subnet, like most tools do, it groups bandwidth by 
process.

20	This is very wrong, use `/bin/sh` here. ${SH} contains whatever shell is used to run things, it can be `/bin/sh`, but it can also be `/bin/sh -x`. It could even ben `/usr/local/bin/ksh` or something.
