As per
http://package21.nyi.freebsd.org/data/91amd64-default-qat/371223/logs/errors/linux-c6-qt47-x11-4.7.2.log
there are several pkg-plist issues.

Fix them as well as the overlap/conflict with devel/linux-c6-qt47 by removing
the qt_help_*.qm translations.
