Summary
security/openssl-unsafe: OpenSSL port for security scanning

This port is added to be used with various scanning utilities.
Utilities like sslscan, bro, and others will benefit from additional
ciphers and capabilities that are unsafe for other uses.

This is based on the OpenSSL-chacha 1.0.2 fork by Peter Mosmans and
adds, amongs others, Chacha20/Poly1305 and Camellia ciphers
