All builds are fine via poudriere on 9.3/ia, 10.2/ia and 10.3/ia

Please, can you test the new release? Check if ocserv starts/works properly.

Can you update your patch for the error strings to capitalize the first letter of the error message so it's more consistent with upstream's version?

Testbuilds are fine, PORTREVISION in Makefile is not needed after update to 0.11.5. Startup on 12.0-amd64 is fine, too.
