Bootup sequence.

Stuff that's not right:

gpioiic --> invalid number of pins 13 max 11
usb --> cannot see things plugged in. pinmask isn't right.
gpioled --> only one led is on the main gpio bus, it appears that the rest of the led's are attached to the ath(4) interfaces. No idea if its even possible to mess with them.
arge1 --> doesn't have the correct attachment parameters, no idea how to divine them.
