textproc/kibana43, 44, 45, 50-devel - deprecate old versions, add development version, adjust dependencies

Summary

Re-work kibana ports:

Changes:

• Deprecate kibana43 and kibana44 as they're no longer being maintained. See kibana42 deprecation for details: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=208494
• Change PORTVERSION to DISTVERSION to enable kibana50-devel support
• Explicitly ask for node4>=4.4.7 dependency for kibana45 as that's the version being shipped in the binary distribution
• Introduce kibana50-devel - a development version of the kibana

Known issues:

• There's no elasticsearch 5.0 version available in the ports yet, but kibana50-devel can be used to connect either to elasticsearch running on other machine or deployed manually

Test Plan

kibana50-devel was tested using poudriere (portlint log inside):

kibana50-devel_poudriere.log13 KBDownload

Portlint's errors are related to kibana50-devel being a slave port.

Did smoke functional testing of kibana50-devel against manually deployed elasticsearch 5.0.0. Sample data (/var/log/messages) was fed to elasticsearch through logstash-2.3.2.
