lang/racket-minimal seems to work fine, but has been kept back due to issues with lang/racket's drracket IDE.

After fixing the license name, the port works for me. stage-qa and portlint are OK.

(Sorry for the noise above. I clicked on the wrong differential on my mobile phone.)
