Summary

Problem:
Status reports consist of report files included into the
body of the main status report. Every status report file
starts with an === header, rendered as an h3 header in HTML.
All these files are rendered by a standard template that expects
a document with an h2 header.

Solution:
Add a template with an h2 header to the status reports
directory, preventing the validation error. The single.html
template is used for all files in a directory except _index.adoc —
it is exactly what we need to fix this issue.

this single.html is the copy of the themes/beastie/layouts/single.html
placed to themes/beastie/layouts/status directory with added <h3> header
and removed release-doc partial (it is no applicable here).
