15	It would be nice to contrast the program & command (in monospace) against the ' "desktop" flavour' style of double-quotes.
17	FreeBSD doc guidelines say to use American spelling https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/fdp-primer/writing-style/#writing-style-guidelines There is an exception for "a contributed article", which I suppose this might qualify as.

17	They're called "flavours" in src/release/Makefile.vm. I figure that it makes sense to use the same spelling in documentation as we use in the source code. ;-)
