Could this be "Metric Networking" or "Metric Network Routing" or something like that?

If I see "Metric" on its own, my first guess is that it's about SI prefixes as opposed to imperial measurements (miles, pounds, fathoms, etc).

I'd also love to see 1 or 2 sentences explaining what Metric is; I don't think that I'm the only reader who hasn't heard of it before.

I'll fix it in another commit if approved.
