Summary
  • Add backward version support on the client side
  • Add backward version support on the server side
  • hotplug libudev: rescan the USB bus with "pcscd --hotplug"
  • fix a value in pcscd.service syustemd file
  • meson: install systemd files even if libsystemd is not used
  • Some other minor improvements
  • Separate LICENSE_FILEs for both LICENSEs
  • Fix pkg-plist with panopticum(1)

For every {150amd64, 144amd64, 144i386}:

  • Successful poudriere testport
  • Successful run-testing
