Summary

PR: 206619 https://bugs.freebsd.org/206619

Avoid quibbling over device firmware blobs that do not include source code. It's clear from the context that this (perhaps dated) paragraph is making a comparison to closed-source operating systems, but the sentence may be interpreted differently in 2016.
